Anda Thailam is a classical Siddha medicine.It is used for febrile convulsions in infants.
Ingredients of Anda Thailam:
Chicken egg Yellow yolk.
Indication of Anda Thailam:
Given in diseases of the children like –
- Sanni [delirium]
- Maandham [fever with sluggishness]
- Kuzhandhaigalin valippugal [convulsions of children]
- Pakka vadham [paralysis].
- HOW TO USE:-
- 1 – 4 drops applied directly to the tongue or given with breast milk or cow’s milk, twice daily & apply directly to inner,upper and bottonm tongue for stammering child or person.
- Given with breast milk/cow’s milk in delirium, fever and convulsions in children.
- In paralysis & paralysis of the tongue in children, applied directly to the tongue twice a day.
